This panel displays cases that have been added to your " Favorites" list.

To have cases listed in the " My Favorite Cases " panel, they must first be added to your " Favorites " list. There are two methods to add a case to your " Favorites " list.

Manage Favorites

When using this method, it is a good idea to make a note of the Case Number(s) of the case(s) you want to add before you start the process).

  1. Click "Select Favorites " on from the Top Tool BarToolbar.Click "

  2. Select Manage Favorites" from the pull-down menu

  2. Make sure the "Cases " tab is selected.Click the "New Case" tab

  3. Select NEW CASE.

  4. Enter the Case Number for the case you want to add to Favorites

  5. Click "Update" to save and update the information

  1. The cases that have been added to your Favorites list will be displayed in the 'My Favorite Cases' panel
