This panel displays cases that have been added to your "Favorites" list.

To have cases listed in the "My Favorite Cases" panel, they must first be added to your "Favorites" list. There are two methods to add a case to your "Favorites" list.

    ) in the Quick Action Toolbar. Clicking on the Add to Favorites button in a case that has already been added to your "Favorites" list will remove the case from the list.

  1. From any page in SmartAdvocate on which the Top Tool Bar is visible:

(TIP: When using this method, it is a good idea to make a note of the Case Number(s) of the case(s) you want to add before you start the process)

  1. Click "Favorites" on the Top Tool Bar.

  2. Click "Manage Favorites" from the pull-down menu

  2. Click the "New Case" tab

  3. Enter the Case Number for the case you want to add to Favorites

  4. Click "Update" to save and update the information
