Your IT professional will have to create an FTP/SFTP site. Here are some instructions we found on the internet:

Once you have created your FTP/SFTP site, provide Massive with the following information:
FTP/SFTP Host
FTP/SFTP User
FTP/SFTP Password
FTP/SFTP Folder Name
FTP/SFTP Port
FTP/SFTP Protocol (Implicit FTP over TLS or Explicit FTP over TLS)
Local or UNC Path for FTP/SFTP
Please submit all the above information to Todd Franklin at Massive at Todd@GoMassive.com.
Massive will configure their side of the integration once the above information is submitted and advise SmartAdvocate to complete the integration.
Testing will be performed and once completed we will advise you to begin using the integration.

Please review the Massive Integration Instructions:
1.Go to the Lien Tracking Screen of your case and add Lienor information. Once completed click Send to Lien Resolution.
2.Select Plaintiff and click Send to Lien Resolution.
3.Go to the document screen of your case, select appropriate documents, right click and select email. This will open the email dialog. Enter your Massive representative in the To field.
4.Completed documents from Massive will be uploaded to the case in the document screen.
5.Massive will update the lien tracking screen as follows:
