The Gmail account used for the SmartAdvocate system needs to be a Google Workstation(G-Suite) account.

For users using Gmail

  1. Create the new email account (SmartAdvocate@Domain.com)

  2. Log in to the Administrative account and turn on "less secured apps access". Please see the instructions here:

  3. Email the name and password of the new email to Implementation@smartadvocate.com
