I’m not receiving a notification (email) when I create an appointment which I am attending.
When creating an appointment with myself, why am I not getting the email?
A:
In order to receive notifications (emails) for appointments that include yourself, you have to adjust a System Parameter in SmartAdvocate.
Please have your SA admin adjust the System Parameter below with value ‘1’ or ‘2’:
Calendar | 0-Send request on behalf of organizer,1-Send separate request for organizer,2-Replace organizer with System | 1 OR 2 |
