The Admin tab allows a SmartAdvocate Administrator to customize the system according to the particular needs of your firm. SmartAdvocate is extremely configurable and allows the firm to modify many aspects of the system to fit your needs and ways of doing things. Only users with Administrator status can access the Admin tab. Individual user customizations are accomplished through User Preferences.
It is strongly recommended that the firm's SmartAdvocate administrator review the various settings in Admin in detail. SmartAdvocate provides detailed data upon installation, however much of that information may not be relevant to your practice, thus requiring users to spend unnecessary time reviewing extraneous information. Additionally, data that may be essential to your practice may not be included in the information provided.
