The Medical Chronology page is a compilation of all of the visits added from the Medical Providers page inserted in a sortable table.
Structure of this Page
Add Visit Button: Allows you to create a new visit for any provider on the case.
Include Prior Button: When checked, this allows you to view visits that were created under the Prior Medical Providers screen.
Medical Visits Chronology Table: A table containing information related to visits added to the Medical Providers page.
Medical Visits Chronology Table
Plaintiff: The name of plaintiff associated with this visit.
Provider:
Start Date: The first date of service associated with this medical visit.
End Date: The last date of service associated with this medical visit.
Visit Type: The type of medical visit.
Complaint: The medical complaints associated with this medical visit
Comments: Comments associated with this medical visit
Description: Additional description of this medical visit
Documents: Documents associated with this medical visit
Action: An action button allowing you to Edit or Delete the visit, or to Select or Attach documents to be associated with the visit
Additional columns are available for the Medical Visits table, which can be added by clicking on the Show/Hide Columns button in the Layout Menu. Columns can also be hidden using the Show/Hide Columns button. See Tables for general information about table structure and usage. The additional available columns are:
Actions: A simpler version of the Actions column containing an Edit and Delete button
Attorney Notes: The attorney’s notes associated with this medical visit
Diagnoses: The medical diagnosis associated with this medical visit
Individual: The name of the specific, individual medical provider associated with the larger medical provider organization
Treatment Plan: The medical treatment plan associated with this medical visit
Visit Result: The result of this medical visit
