View previously entered Photographs/Videos.
Filter by Folder, Category/Subcategory, and/or Description.
Select the photograph or video individually by placing a checkmark in the box or SELECT ALL.
After a photograph has been selected, the SELECTED button will become active and the number of photographs selected will appear.
To remove all checked photographs, select CLEAR SELECTION.
To view a larger version of the photograph, select the photograph. A popup will appear.

Select ADD NEW PHOTOGRAPH. The Add New Photo/Video pop-up will appear.
Browse to and select the photograph or video.
The Add New Photo/Video screen will appear.
Confirm the Uploaded Files are correct.
Select the Date from the dropdown menu.
Select from the Direction radio buttons for Incoming, Outgoing, or Memo.
Select the Delivery method from the dropdown menu.
Select from the Priority radio buttons for Critical, High, Normal, or Low.
Select the Search Sub-Category from the dropdown menu,
Select the Category from the dropdown menu.
Select the Sub-Category from the dropdown menu.
Select the Tags from the dropdown menu.
Select the Folder from the dropdown menu.
Select the From from the dropdown menu.
Select the To from the dropdown menu.
Select the Related To from the dropdown menu.
Select the Analysis from the dropdown menu.
Select the Reviewed date.
If applicable, place a checkmark in the Append file name to Description checkbox.
Enter any relevant Description.
Enter any relevant Comments.
Select SAVE to add Photograph Properties.
Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
