View Vehicle Information

  1. View any previously entered Vehicle information.

  2. To Export the list, select from the options .pdf (blue star), .xls (blue star), or .rtf (blue star).

  3. To Edit, Delete, Select Documents, or Attach Documents, select the Action icon (blue star).

  4. To Show/Hide Columns, Reset Layout, Save Layout, turn on/off Auto Save, or choose between Resize Mode Control and Resize Mode Next Column, select the Layout button.

  5. Select the arrow to reveal ADD NEW VEHICLE DAMAGE and ADD PAYMENT/ADJUSTMENT.

  6. View any previously entered DAMAGE information.

  7. View any previously entered PAYMENT/ADJUSTMENT information.

  1. Select whether Make Claim for P.D.

  2. Enter the Estimate Requested date.

  3. Enter the Estimate Received date.

  4. Enter the Photos Requested date.

  5. Enter the Photos Received date.

  6. Select the Total Repairs? checkbox.

  7. Enter the Value Before Accident.

  8. Select SAVE to add Vehicle Damage information.

  9. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.

SEARCH HISTORY

  1. Select whether the Operator License History was searched, the Requested Date, and the Received Date.

  2. Select whether the Plate Search was searched, the Requested Date, and the Received Date.

  3. Select whether the Title Search was searched, the Requested Date, and the Received Date.

  4. Select whether the MV104 was searched, the Requested Date, and the Received Date.
