Quick Notes are a convenient way of quickly entering some of the most often-used notes.

(info) Some ' Quick Notes ' also satisfy the ' Client Contact ' requirements set elsewhere in SmartAdvocate®SmartAdvocate. For example, entering the Quick Note "Called Client - Left message on machine" will remove the case from the client contact needed list and reset the timer for client contact for that case. (See Last Modified Note Report, Modified Note Report).

  2. Select a Quick Note.

  3. Select ADD or ADD & EDIT.

  4. Othewise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
