This screen allows you to submit feedback and suggestions to the SmartAdvocate team. It is not suitable for support queries, bug reports, or other requests for immediate help; those should go to SmartAdvocate tech support via the support email address (support@smartadvocate.com). be submitted by the firm administrator to the Support Tracker. The suggestion screen includes a prompt (which will be slightly different depending on whether you reached this screen by clicking "Tell Us What You Like" or "Tell Us What Can Be Better"), a rich text input tool, instructions for including a screenshot, and a button labeled "Send." To submit your feedback, simply write it out in the text tool (including screenshots if appropriate) then click "Send" when you have finished.
