  1. Select Case Browse.

  2. Enter the appropriate search information.

  3. Select the cases to Mass Update.

  4. The Mass Update button will become active.

  5. Select Remove Staff from the dropdown menu.

  6. Select the Staff from the dropdown menu.

  7. Select from the Select Role or All Roles radio buttons.
    (info) If the Select Role radio button is selected, select the role from the dropdown menu.

  8. Select REMOVE STAFF to remove staff.

  9. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.

  1. Select Case Browse.

  3. Select the cases to Mass Update.

  5. Select Send for eSignature from the dropdown menu.

  6. Follow the instructions for Mass eSignature.
