Tip #225 - How To See A List Of Tasks You Have Assigned To Others 

Assigning Task to others (or yourself) is one of the most common and useful features of SmartAdvocate. There are a number of ways you can keep track of those tasks that you have assigned. For example, you may want to know which ones are still outstanding, overdue or completed.

The easiest way to see the tasks you have assigned to other staff members is to use the “Tasks Assigned By Me” panel on the MySmartAdvocate page.

If you keep this panel visible as one of the panels in your MySmartAdvocate screen, then it will automatically display whenever you log in.

You can also use the Tasks Dashboard to see information. This provides more details and also allows you to perform mass update functions, such as marking multiple tasks completed in bulk, changing the status of multiple tasks at the same time or reassigning one or more tasks to another staff member.

To access the Task Dashboard go to "Dashboards" on the top toolbar and click the "Tasks" tab (last item on the list).

From there, you can choose from the numerous filters available to taylor the displayed list of tasks (including those you have assigned to yourself or others) based on your preference.
