  • SmartAdvocate’s cloud system is hosted in Liquid Web Data Centers with redundant networks, cooling and power, Tier-1 Premium Bandwidth, On-Site Security, and Geographic Redundancy

  • SmartAdvocate’s cloud servers are only accessible via HTTPS (or secure FTP for some integrations), so all data is encrypted in transit (SSL, TLS 1.2)

  • SmartAdvocate deploys modern security tools on its computers and devices to continuously look for and mitigate threats

  • SmartAdvocate constantly ensures that its systems are patched and protected against all known vulnerabilities

  • SmartAdvocate educates its employees to common tactics that attackers will use over email or through websites

  • With periodic exercises and drills, SmartAdvocate is prepared to respond quickly to minimize the impact of any attack

  • SmartAdvocate maintains geographically redundant servers to minimize system downtime in case one location becomes compromised

  • SmartAdvocate servers are running with redundant power supplies and RAID10 storage to minimize probability of hardware failure causing downtime

  • All data on the SmartAdvocate cloud is backed-up in multiple off-site locations, which are beyond the reach of any potential malicious actors

  • Databases are backed up daily and documents are backed up continuously .
