  • Set up an appropriate Case Acceptance Threshold based on responses to questions you create

  • Create “Paid Advertisement” campaigns that can be selected as the “referral source” at Intake

  • Use UDF data (collected at Intake) to search/filter for cases and create custom reports

  • Learn how to use Dashboards and Reports that are populated by data collected at Intake
