Kindly have your IT Professional configure Port 443 (or Port 80) on your server. (Instructions are https://smartadvocate.atlassian.net/l/c/BkHN739r).
SaaS Cloud System - you will need the tenant ID which is unique for each client and can be provided to you by request to Implementation@SmartAdvocate.com.
