Case Types

  • Added ability to specify status for retained cases per case type.

Permission Groups

  • Added ability to set permissions to Close a Case

System Parameters

  • Added parameter to configure number of days before Critical Alert about no client contact.

  • Added parameter to disable automatic SA Handler Installation pop-up in case system suspects that document failed to open.

  • Added parameter to show lien flag on the Case Summary even if lien amount is not entered.

Users

  • Added Office to User properties. This office will be used by default when case is created by a particular user.
