Overdue Dashboards → Notes Overdue by Type

  • New Dashboard with functionality similar to Attorney File Review and Supervisor File Review Dashboards. Now it is possible to configure Required Frequency for any Note Type. Notes Overdue by Type Dashboard allows you to select the Note Type and it will show all cases that don’t have a note of that type in the last X (Required Frequency) days.

Problem Cases

  • Added more types of the problem cases warnings

  • Added picklist maintenance item to control what types of warnings would appear of the Problem Cases Dashboard (and Report)

Stage Dashboard

  • Added ability to treat Status Types as Stages on this dashboard. For example, if you have status type “Medical Records”, you can add intervals for those statuses via picklist and will be able to select “Medical Records” as a stage on the Stage Dashboard.
