The Notifications Setup administrative page determines whether Critical Deadlines and Statutes of Limitations are added to users' calendars. If set to add Critical Deadlines and Statutes of Limitations to calendars, users will receive calendar invitations via email which, once accepted, will add the deadlines to their calendars.
The Notifications Setup page consists of the following options:

  • A checkbox indicating whether users will receive a calendar invitation for Critical Deadlines.

  • A checkbox indicating whether users will receive a calendar invitation for Statutes of Limitations.

  • Calendar Event Default Time: The default time when the Critical Deadlines and Statute of Limitations will be added to the calendar.

  • Select Case Roles to be Notified: Dropdown, allowing you to choose multiple case roles to receive the calendar invitations for Critical Deadlines and Statute of Limitations.
