  1. View the Retainer information.

  2. View the Fee Sharing Counsel.

  3. View the Paid Advertising Referral.

  4. View the Other Referral Name.

  5. View the Referring Attorney.

  6. View the Refer Out Firm.

  7. View the Referred Out Attorney.

  8. View the Workers Compensation Attorney.

  9. View the Prior Attorney.

ADD RETAINER

  1. Select ADD RETAINER.

  2. Select Plaintiff Name.

  3. Enter the Retainer #.

  4. Select the Retainer Sent date.

  5. Select the Retainer Received date.

  6. Select the Retainer Signed date.

  7. Select the Retainer Executed date.

  8. Select the Statement Sent date.

  9. Select the Statement Received date.

  10. Select the Closing Statement Sent date.

  11. Select the Closing Statement Received date.

  12. Enter the Closing Retainer #.

  13. Select the appropriate Retainer Fee radio button. Enter any additional information.

  14. Select the appropriate Alternative Fee information.

  15. Enter the Advance by Plaintiff amount. If applicable, place a checkmark in the Attorney Fee Agreement checkbox.

  16. Enter any applicable Comments.

  17. To add documents from your local computer, select the ATTACH button.

  18. To add documents from within SmartAdvocate, select the SELECT button.

  19. View the documents.

  20. Select SAVE to add Retainer information.

  21. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
