Information
View any previously entered Injuries information.
To Export the list, select from the options .pdf , .xls , or .rtf .
To Edit, Delete, Select Documents, or Attach Documents, select the Action icon .
To Show/Hide Columns, Reset Layout, Save Layout, turn on/off Auto Save, or choose between Resize Mode Control and Resize Mode Next Column, select the Layout button.
ADD PRIOR/SUBSEQUENT INJURIES
Select ADD PRIOR/SUBSEQUENT INJURIES.
Select the Plaintiff from the dropdown menu.
Enter the Injury.
Select the Date of Injury.
Select the Date of Diagnosis.
If applicable, place a checkmark in the Case Related checkbox.
If applicable, place a checkmark in the Firm Case checkbox.
Enter the Case Number.
Enter a Description.
Enter any relevant Comments.
Select SAVE to add Injury information.
Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.

The Prior Injury Providers screen allows for the viewing and recording of prior injury provider materials.To enter Prior Injury Providers information:
View any previously entered Injury Providers information.
To Export the list, select from the options .pdf , .xls , or .rtf .

ADD PRIOR INJURY PROVIDERS
Select ADD HEARINGPRIOR INJURY PROVIDERS.
Select the Plaintiff from the dropdown menu.
Select the Provider from the dropdown menu.
Enter the Treatment Start Date.
Enter the Impair %.
Enter the Treatment End Date.
Enter the Total Bill amount.
Enter the Number of Visits.
Enter any relevant Comments.
Select SAVE to add Injury information.
Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
