  9. Enter the Retainer #. Enter any additional information.

  10. Enter the Disbursement amount. Select whether the disbursement was Reimbursed.

  11. Enter any applicable Comments.

  12. Select SAVE to add Referring Attorney information.

  13. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.

  2. Select from the Type radio buttons.

  3. Select the Plaintiff Name.

  4. Select the Refer Out Law Firm.

  5. Select the Refer Out Attorney.

  8. Select the Ref/Co-Counsel Out Date.

  20. Select from Percentage/Fraction and Amount. Enter any additional information.

  21. Enter any applicable Comments.

  22. Select SAVE to add Referred Out Attorney information.

  23. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.

ADD SUB OUT/DUAL REP ATTORNEY

  1. Select Plaintiff Name.

  2. Enter the Type.

  3. Select the Sub Out Law Firm.

  4. Select the Sub Out Attorney.

  5. Select the File #.

  6. Select the Sub-Out Date.

  7. Select the Sub-Out Method.

  8. Select the Sub-Out Letter Date.

  9. Select the Disbursement Paid date.

  10. Enter the Disbursement Amount.

  11. Select the File Transferred date.

  12. Enter any applicable Comments.

  13. If applicable, place checkmarks in the Send Letters checkboxes.

  14. Select from the Is Prior Attorney Entitled to Fee? radio buttons.

  15. Select SAVE to add Sub Out/Dual Rep Attorney information.

  16. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
