  1. Select Case Browse.

  2. Enter the appropriate search information.

  3. Select the cases to Mass Update.

  4. The Mass Update button will become active.

  5. Select Remove Contacts From Mailing List from the dropdown menu.

  6. If applicable, place a checkmark in the Exclude Prevent Mailing checkbox.

  7. If applicable, place a checkmark in the Exclude Minor, Deceased And Incompetent checkbox.

  8. Select from the Primary Plaintiff, Primary Plaintiff And Primary Contact, Primary Contact, and All radio buttons.

  9. Select from the Select Mailing List or Remove From All radio buttons.
    (info) If the Select Mailing List radio button is selected, select the mailing list from the dropdown menu.

  10. Select REMOVE CONTACTS to remove contacts from the mailing list.

  11. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.

Remove Staff

  1. Select Case Browse.

  2. Enter the appropriate search information.

  3. Select the cases to Mass Update.

  4. The Mass Update button will become active.

  5. Select Remove Staff from the dropdown menu.

  6. Select the Staff from the dropdown menu.

  7. Select from the Select Role or All Roles radio buttons.
    (info) If the Select Role radio button is selected, select the role from the dropdown menu.

  8. Select REMOVE STAFF to remove staff.

  9. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
