  1. Select Case Browse.

  2. Enter the appropriate search information.

  3. Select the cases to Mass Update.

  4. The Mass Update button will become active.

  5. Select Add Staff from the dropdown menu.

  6. Select from the Team and Individual radio buttons.

  7. If Team is selected, select the Team Name from the dropdown menu.

  8. If applicable, place a checkmark in the Remove Staff in Matching Roles checkbox.

  9. If Individual is selected, select the Staff from the dropdown menu.

  10. If applicable, select the Role from the dropdown menu.

  11. Enter any relevant Comments.

  12. Select ADD STAFF to add staff.

  13. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.

Add/Remove Tags

...

  1. Select Case Browse.

  2. Enter the appropriate search information.

  3. Select the cases to Mass Update.

  4. The Mass Update button will become active.

  5. Select Add/Remove Tags from the dropdown menu.

  6. Select the tag(s) to add or remove from the dropdown menu.

  7. Select from the Add Tag(s) or Remove Tag(s) radio buttons.

  8. Select OK to add or remove the tag(s).

  9. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.

  10. Confirm that the tags were added/removed by selecting a case in the list.
