Add Contacts to Mailing List

  1. Select Case Browse.

  2. Enter the appropriate search information.

  3. Select the cases to Mass Update.

  4. The Mass Update button will become active.

  5. Select Add Contacts to Mailing List from the dropdown menu.

  6. If applicable, place a checkmark in the Exclude Prevent Mailing checkbox.

  7. If applicable, place a checkmark in the Exclude Minor, Deceased And Incompetent checkbox.

  8. Select from the Primary Plaintiff, Primary Plaintiff and Primary Contact, Primary Contact, and All radio buttons.

  9. Select the Select Mailing List radio button and the appropriate item from the dropdown menu or

  10. Select the New Mailing List radio button. Enter a new mailing list name.

  11. Enter a relevant Description.

  12. Select ADD CONTACTS to Add Contacts To Mailing List.

  13. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
