  1. Select Tools from the main menu.

  2. Select UDF Export from the dropdown menu.

  3. Select the Case Type.

  4. Select the Screen Name(s).

  5. Select the radio button for Open Only, Closed Only, or All Cases.

  6. Select the Case Status(es).

  7. Enter the Only Case(s).

  8. Select the Case staff.

  9. Select EXPORT UDFS. The list will be downloaded in .csv format.

  10. View the exported list in your downloads folder.
