CSV files in the attached format can be dropped via SFTP/FTPS to SmartAdvocate server and the information will be automatically parsed out and added to Expenses(Costs) section of the appropriate cases.

Some firms also call this Case Disbursements. In any case, this is the section where firm’s expenses associated with a particular case are stored.
