Case Wizard
Added ability to accept Originating and Dialed phone numbers to automatically populate Caller’s phone number and Referral Source. This can be used with phone systems that can pass this information. For Referral Source to be automatically selected, Dialed Number needs to be present as one of the phone numbers in the Referral Source contact card.

Added ability to display questions from additional UDF screens during intake. The list of screens can be configured under Admin → System Parameters.
Click-to-Dial
Added ability to open “Add Note” dialog when click-to-dial option is used.
Contact Search
Added optional Sub Category column.
Added Multiselect support for Contact Type filter.
Added Date of birth filter.
Added Language filter.
Added Exclude Minor, Deceased and Incompetent filter.
Contacts
Added system parameter that controls default “Add Related Contact” behavior. It can be set to either “Contact Lookup” or “Contact Creation”.
Added ability to automatically capitalize contact names.
My SmartAdvocate
Added optional Status and SC (status color) columns to My Appointments panel.
Added optional “Incident Date” column to My Cases panel.
Add/Edit Status right-click option now allows you to change any status types (not just the main status). This applies to other pages that have this right-click option (Top Search Results, Case Browse Results, etc.).
Office Calendar
New Appointment dialog now allows you to select a case in which to associate the appointment. Dropdown shows recent cases. You can also start typing the case number, or part of the case name to search all cases.
Documents associated with an appointment can now be clicked to open a document.
Case number on the Edit Appointment dialog are now a hyperlink to the case.
Outlook Plugin
Case Type will be shown after the Case Name.
Added Document ID column on the document selection dialog.
Top Search
Added optional “Other Staff” column to top search results page. This column would display case staff with roles that do not fall into Attorney or Paralegal role.
