Litigation Summary
Summary |
The Litigation Summary page contains a list of the complaints and answers, appeals, motions, depositions, and trial preparation activities that have been entered in the case file. This page is useful as a simple, at-a-glance view of the progress of litigation. However, it does not include every detail from the Litigation pages, and the columns in the table behave slightly inconsistently due to the differences in the types of litigation actions, so this summary should not be solely relied upon as a complete record of litigation; view the individual litigation pages for more detailed records.Â
The Litigation Summary page consists of a single table. The records in the table are automatically entered and may not be directly edited or deleted, nor may records be directly added. The table contains the following columns:
Date Entered: The date the item was entered or drafted (or the SOLÂ date for complaints and answers).
Category: The category of the item (e.g. motions or appeals). Clicking the text will redirect you to the Litigation page associated with the category.
Type: The type of the item within the category.
Served On: The date of service associated with the item.
Complied/Held Date: The date of compliance or completion of the item.
Respondent/Deponent: The respondent or relevant party on the item.
