Q: A staff member has left the firm, how can we turn off their account and replace them with a new staff member in the system?

A: Start by going to Admin → Users. Select the pencil icon to the right of the user who has left the firm. At the bottom of their contact card uncheck the “Active” button.

Once the user has been deactivated you are free to create the new staff member’s user card like you would any other.
