Tip #237 - How To Set Plaintiff Related Non-Party Contact As Primary Contact
Prior to the 2023 release of SmartAdvocate, there were no convenient ways to set a contact as the primary contact in a case unless that contact was one of the plaintiffs. A point of contact would need to be listed elsewhere (or in a “critical comment”, for example) where that information was not readily visible.
