  16. Enter the Referring File#.

  17. Select from Is Fee Paid?

  18. Select the Paid Date.

  19. Select from Percentage/Fraction and Amount. Enter any additional information.

  20. Enter any applicable Comments.

  21. Select SAVE to add Referred Out Attorney information.

  22. Otherwise, select CANCEL to return to the previous screen.
