Here are the requirements we have for creating an integration which will import data from a http post:
If you have a server system Server Based System - please perform the following configuration:
Kindly have your IT Professional configure Port 443 (or Port 80) on your server. (Instructions are https://smartadvocate.atlassian.net/l/c/u4w1xrX1BkHN739r).
Once you have configured the respective port on your server please email us to complete the configuration of your integration.
If you have a SaaS Cloud system we will be configuring your system for you directly and advise you once completed.System - you will need the tenant ID which is unique for each client and can be provided to you by request to Implementation@SmartAdvocate.com. You will use the following Post URL for your integration:
