Please advise us if we should not create a case if a new case was created in the last 24 hours with the exact same caller's name, phone number, email address and case type if you are using another integration in tandem.
Once we are advised all of the above items are completed via email at Implementation@SmartAdvocate.com we will configure the integration to accept data and forward your office the URL’s which you will forward to Lead Docket to complete the integration configuration.
