To set up the eLaw integration on your system we will need you to provide us with the following information:

  1. Your eLaw user name and password.

  2. The integration can create Outlook invites for each appointment that will be imported from eLaw. Kindly advise if we should send Outlook invites for this integration.  

  3. During the initial synchronization of the integration we will get all of the events from eLaw.  The integration will continually be adding appointments.  Kindly advise if we should send Outlook invites for all the initial events we import or only for the future events that will be imported by the integration? Please keep in mind, you may already have some of the appointments already in Outlook which you may have entered into SmartAdvocate previously.

  4. eLaw does not assign the events to a staff member.  Please select, if any, the appointments attendee(s) you wish the Outlook invites be directed to: 

           

All attorneys assigned to the case        

 

Primary attorney assigned to the case only

 

Event will have no attendee

 

Other staff member from the firm such as calendar clerk
