You will have 200 incoming/outgoing text messages per user per month available for your use. There will be a specific character limit per text message. Please click on the link below to MessageMedia’s website providing you further explanation:

Once your MessageMedia integration has been configured by our team, you will need to test the integration using the following instructions:

  1. Find a case you are a staff member of in SmartAdvocate.

  2. Make sure your contact card has your cell phone number and the number has text selected.

  3. Select the text icon from the quick add bar.

  4. Select your name in the “To” section and click send thereafter.

    You will receive a text message on your cell phone.  Please respond with a plain text message.

  6. Thereafter respond with a photo.

  7. Once you have sent the text messages with and without photo, go back to the case in SmartAdvocate.  Go to the notes screen of the case and verify the text messages you have sent.   The photograph should appear in the documents screen of this case.

  8. To create text message templates please go to admin > text message templates.
