Kindly have your IT Professional create an FTP/SFTP site. Here are some instructions we found on the internet: configure Port 443 (or Port 80) on your server https://wwwsmartadvocate.windowscentral.com/how-set-and-manage-ftp-server-windows-10
Once you have created your FTP/SFTP site, provide Bob Burns from National Records Retrieval (bburns@nationalrr.com) with the following information:
...
FTP Host
...
...
FTP User
...
...
FTP Password
...
...
FTP Folder Name
...
...
FTP Port
...
...
FTP Protocol
(Implicit FTP over TLS or Explicit FTP over TLS)
...
...
Local or UNC Path for FTP
...
Once you have forwarded National Records Retrieval the FTP information, they will configure their side and advise SmartAdvocate to configure ours. National Records Retrieval will provide SmartAdvocate your ID, username, password, API Code and Client ID for their services. Testing will be done and once testing is completed SmartAdvocate will advise you to begin using the integrationatlassian.net/l/c/BkHN739r
Please email Implementation@SmartAdvocate.com once completed. We will access your server and provide NRR with the incoming post URL.
SaaS Cloud System - we will be configuring your system for you directly and advise you once completed. We will forward the FTP information to you to submit to National Records Retrieval.
